Media Operations Coordinator

Media Operations Coordinators are key components to trafficking creative to external partners and understanding competitive and creative performance within the audio advertising space. Coordinators will be responsible for trafficking copy and monitoring the creative aspects of ad reads. They work alongside ARM’s internal creative and media teams to give insights and recommendations to optimize client success. A successful Coordinator is an individual who is determined, resourceful, maintains impeccable attention to detail and is able to prioritize while thriving in a fast paced, team centric environment. Coordinators must also possess excellent written and verbal skills and maintain a strong sense of follow through to ensure full creative success for all campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Traffic copy and log sends and confirmations in internal grids Support the media buying teams as needed for special projects and day to day responsibilities Ensure paid campaigns are executed to client contractual obligations and ARM ad requirements through weekly aircheck evaluations Log and monitor actionable items and offer success coaching for future campaigns Report daily to Team Leads and Account Managers on the status of all discrepancies and schedule changes Monitor actionable and in-process flow to ensure efficiency Monitor ad creative and its success across campaigns Demonstrate a holistic understanding of the industry landscape and be able to speak to competitive trends, including creative strategy Meet with creative and media teams to discuss creative and competitive strategy and offer insights into industry trends

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

2-years experience in the marketing, advertising, creative, or audio editing industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must; you will be communicating with many different teams and representatives Knowledge of media production and communication Proficient in administrative and clerical procedures such as word processing and managing files and records Proficient in Excel and Google applications Excellent follow-through Works well under pressure as weekly responsibilities are time sensitive Ability to work across teams Able to work autonomously or collectively in a high-pressure environment Excellent attention to detail when versioning copy; evaluating audio files for accuracy and content #J-18808-Ljbffr Ad Results Media
