Housekeeper, Full-Time Location: Charlotte, NC 28210 Pay: Starting at $15/hour, based on experience Schedule Independent Living Housekeeper: Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑4:30 pm, occasional weekends. Health Center Housekeeper: Four weekdays and every other weekend 8:00 am‑4:30 pm. Job Description We are recruiting a hospitality‑focused cleaning enthusiast to join our team. The role involves cleaning services to residential homes, performing a variety of housekeeping and cleaning duties that exceed industry guidelines. The position offers a 2‑week training program and opportunities for career development and advancement. Primary Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning services to residential homes. Conduct scheduled annual deep clean. Clean floors, furnishings, walls, windows, woodwork, and specified items; high and low dusting, sweeping, dry and wet mopping, vacuuming carpets and rugs. Clean all bathrooms; scour, polish tubs, sinks, mirrors, and similar equipment. Clean and polish glass panels, doors, and partitions. Straighten and rearrange furniture, water plants, empty, and wash wastebaskets. Clean building utility areas, closets, offices, lounges, lobbies, entrances, halls, meeting rooms, and stairways. Remove soiled laundry and return clean laundry to residences in an organized manner. Qualifications Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English. Must frequently stand, stoop, bend, or squat throughout a shift, and be able to stand/walk up to 70 % of the workday. Must lift 30 pounds without assistance and push/pull on a cart. Must be age 16 or older.
