Our Labor and Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum unit is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to make our patients feel welcome. You will greet and check our patients in, escort them to their room, coordinate and collaborate with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience. This Administrative Associate is responsible to process birth certificates with accuracy and timeliness.

The Administrative Associate is responsible for various administrative and operational tasks. This position provides clerical support, manages patient records, schedules appointments, and handles patient inquiries. The role involves collaborating with medical staff, management, and patients to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.

Education

• High School Diploma or GED - required
• Associate Degree - preferred

Experience

• Previous healthcare experience - preferred
• Previous administrative or clerical experience - preferred
