Travel Assembly Technician

Location: Grantsburg, WI

Available Shifts & Pay:

2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday — $20/hr
3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday-Thursday - $21/hr
$160 daily per diem

Job Description:

Quick coupling division creating parts for cooling systems used in data centers
Assemble components — build quick-release couplings with accuracy and consistency
Operate tools & equipment — use hand tools and assembly machinery
Inspect products — verify functionality and meet quality standards
Package completed assemblies for shipment
Follow standard work instructions and all safety procedures
Maintain a clean workspace using 5S principles
Contribute to a positive, safety-focused team environment

Additional Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented

Work Environment:

Clean, well-lit bench-type assembly setting

Job Type & Location:

This is a contract position based out of Des Moines, IA.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
