Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guestconcerns quickly and effectively Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Work closely with the service department and effectively communicateconcerns Work together with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications What We Are Looking For: The "All-Makes" Master: Deep experience diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of domestic, Asian, and European brands. Fearless Problem Solving: A strong willingness to research, learn, and try new repair procedures on unfamiliar models. Efficiency: Ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment. Tools: Ownership of a well-stocked toolbox appropriate for general bumper-to-bumper repairs. Credentials: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are mandatory. Physical Requirements: Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for the majority of their workday Drive manual transmissions vehicles Efficiently navigate a computer Additional Information Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
