Beverage CustodianResponsible for overall the cleanliness of bar areas, sorting and returning glassware to bars, replacing empty beer kegs, and delivering/placing bar stock.• Sort and return glassware to proper bar. • Replace empty beer kegs with full ones. • Deliver and place bar stock in proper locations. • Clean and polish coolers and fixtures in bar area. • Empty garbage bins in bar area and transport to proper refuse bin. • Sweep and mop floors in bar area. • Clean floor mats.• Must be at least 21 years of age. • Prior experience in the same or similar position preferred. • Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift. • Must be able to lift, carry, push, pull, and bend throughout shift. • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills. • Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
