At FCR, Inc., we are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Infant Toddler Teacher who understands the importance of nurturing young children during their earliest years of growth and development.

As an Infant Toddler Teacher, you will do more than teach-you will provide a safe, loving environment where children feel secure, families feel supported, and every child has the opportunity to thrive. Through meaningful interactions, responsive caregiving, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences, you will help build the foundation for lifelong success.

What You'll Do

Create and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using the Creative Curriculum for Infants and Toddlers
Foster children's growth in all developmental domains through engaging and intentional daily experiences
Build trusting relationships with children and families through consistent communication and support
Provide responsive care by recognizing and meeting infants' and toddlers' individual needs
Create a classroom environment that is safe, welcoming, engaging, and culturally responsive
Support social-emotional growth through positive guidance and nurturing interactions

Requirements

Qualifications

Infant-Toddler CDA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field with qualifying early childhood coursework
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with children under 36 months of age
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers
Commitment to developmentally appropriate practices and high-quality infant and toddler care
Ability to provide consistent nurturance, affection, and security for young children
Passion for supporting families as partners in their child's development
