Production Associate - Manufacturing

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support daily production and operations within a manufacturing environment. This position focuses on supporting production processes, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with equipment and process operations.

Responsibilities

· Support production processes including material preparation and handling

· Perform product inspections to ensure established quality standards are met

· Assist with equipment setup and basic tooling adjustments

· Provide general support to technical and engineering staff

· Perform routine equipment upkeep and light maintenance tasks

· Track production activity and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

· Associate degree or 5 yrs equivalent experience in similar role

· Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

· Basic math and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

· Reliable with strong attention to detail and communication skills

This is an hourly position with opportunities for overtime. Candidates should be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay range - $20 – $24 hr – overtime needed

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
