Desktop Support Specialist

Provide onsite desktop and deskside support for Front Office and VIP users. Troubleshoot Windows desktops, laptops, multi-monitor setups, and high-performance workstations. Support market data platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet), OMS/EMS applications, and Microsoft 365. Manage incidents through ServiceNow/Jira while meeting SLA commitments. Support Active Directory, VPN, Networking, Citrix/VDI, and endpoint devices. Coordinate with Infrastructure and Application teams for critical issue resolution. Contribute to knowledge management and continuous service improvement. Leverage AI-powered support tools for ticket triage and operational efficiency. Required Skills: 4–8 years of Desktop/Trade Floor Support experience. Strong expertise in Windows Desktop Support and Microsoft 365. Experience with multi-monitor and trading workstation support. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, Networking, and Citrix/VDI. Exposure to Bloomberg, Refinitiv, FactSet, Aladdin, OMS/EMS (preferred). Experience with ServiceNow or Jira and ITIL processes.
