What kind of training will I receive?
We invest in our team members to help them succeed. You will receive award-winning sales training as well as trainings from the District Office, Corporate and Agency Mentor.
Is prior insurance sales experience required?
No! You do not need to have any previous experience in insurance or any insurance sales experience to apply! We will provide the training that gets you ready to be successful!
What would my career growth plan look like?
Everyone in the organization has the opportunity to grow within agency or have the opportunity to go through a program to prepare you to become your own agent!
RequirementsExcellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Previous sales experience (preferred but not required)
Positive attitude
Coachable and open to constructive criticism
