Maintain accurate records of performance, production, and downtime events. Process Optimization: Continuously work to improve production efficiencies and reduce labor cost. Identify and address any discrepancies or issues in production records. Team Supervision: Lead and supervise a team of production staff, providing training and guidance as needed. Foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the team. Reporting and Analysis: Generate and analyze production reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to internal and customer requirements. Maintain a clean and organized production area, adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, and/or Business is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a warehouse environment. Minimum 2 years as a supervisor or higher-level management position is preferred. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems. Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles. Ability to read and/or understand written and/or verbal policy, instruction and direction in English required. Interested in hearing more?
