Creative Contract Recruiter - $35-$38/hr - Arlington, VA

Our client, a professional services organization, is seeking a creative contract recruiter to join their team on a long-term temporary basis in Arlington, Virginia. About The Job: Manage full‑cycle recruiting for Product Management, Content & Analysis, and Marketing roles from sourcing through offer acceptance Partner closely with hiring managers on job requirements, postings, candidate evaluation, and feedback Source, screen, and manage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools Maintain an active requisition load of approximately 12-15 roles at a time Track recruiting activity and candidate progress within the ATS Support process improvements and special recruiting initiatives as needed About You: 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience supporting Product Management & Marketing Hands‑on experience with Workday or a similar ATS Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter Exposure to AI recruiting tools is a strong plus Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities About The Position: Temporary for ~8-months Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Hybrid: 4 days onsite Metro Accessible! $35-$38/hr Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
