Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking. Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow reporting, and management reports. Manage multiple business entities, year-end close, tax coordination, and CPA relationships. Maintain accounting systems, vendor relationships, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance. Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Accounting & Finance (Primary Focus) Oversee daily accounting operations, including the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking. Prepare financial statements, budgets, cash flow reporting, and management reports. Manage multiple business entities, year-end close, tax coordination, and CPA relationships. Maintain accounting systems, vendor relationships, corporate filings, and regulatory compliance. Identify and implement process improvements and strengthen internal controls. Human Resources (Secondary Role) Administer payroll, employee benefits, PTO, retirement plans, and personnel records. Support recruiting, onboarding, performance reviews, and HR compliance. Maintain employee handbook, job descriptions, and coordinate commercial insurance renewals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting or finance experience. Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, and internal controls. Professional services experience and multi-entity accounting are a plus.
