At our smaller facility, employees wear many hats and have the opportunity to learn a variety of production functions. No prior manufacturing experience is requiredwe'll provide the training!

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM

Essential Functions:

• Turning gloves using a power turner (light upper body strength required)
• Assisting with glove assembly and liner installation
• Performing quality inspections to ensure products meet customer and company standards
• Operating industrial sewing machines to produce first responder gloves
• Moving materials and work throughout the production process
• Supporting production activities wherever needed to meet customer demand
• Working as part of a team to meet quality, productivity, and delivery goals
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Learning and performing multiple operations as business needs require

Education & Experience Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 1-2 years manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to read and comprehend English language instructions.
• Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to work well with a team.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing, sitting, walking, bending as needed.
• Hearing and vision required to be within normal ranges with or without correction.
• Using proper lifting technique may be required to lift objects up to 30 lbs.
• May be required to operate traditional office equipment including computers, copiers, fax machines and telephones if needed.
