Production Worker
We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Workers to join our client’s manufacturing team in Ripon! This position offers a great 4-day workweek schedule with 3-day weekends and the opportunity to build your skill set through cross-training.

Job Location – Ripon, WI
Starting Date – ASAP
Employment Term – Temp to hire
Employment Type – Full time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st and 2nd shift openings
Starting Pay –$18 to $19 per hour
Required Experience – Prior manufacturing experience needed
Responsibilities
- Load cardboard boxes into the conveyor system safely and efficiently.
- Set paper products to be pushed through the conveyor for processing.
- Assist with general production tasks and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Cross-Train for Growth: Be open and willing to cross-train in other departments, including learning to operate a forklift in the future.
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable work ethic with strong attendance.
- Ability to handle physical, repetitive tasks (loading, setting, standing throughout the shift).
- Eagerness to learn new skills and cross-train into forklift operations and other departments as needed.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
Shift & Pay Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday (Enjoy your Fridays off!)
- Shifts: 1st Shift & 2nd Shift Openings
- Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
