Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.27 / Hour Job Schedule Saturday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sunday: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, and following site‑specific access procedures at the front desk of a healthcare location. Monitor lobby and reception activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and report unusual, suspicious, and/or concerning activity to the appropriate contact. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, including contacting emergency services and/or site leadership when appropriate. Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge records, and other required documentation related to front desk operations and security‑related activities. Support site personnel, patients, visitors, and vendors by answering questions, providing directions, and communicating relevant policies and procedures in a professional manner. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
