Responsibilities * Meet and greet customers in a professional manner in-person & on the phone * Process payments, invoice and other miscellaneous office duties * Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries * Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise * Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying * Maintain office supplies for specific location Requirements * Excellent communication and organizational skills * Experience using Microsoft Office suite * Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously * Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
