We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit in Hudson, Florida. This full-time opportunity is available on both Day and Night shifts with rotating weekends and offers the chance to work in a fast-paced acute care environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Qualified candidates must hold an active Florida RN license (or Compact RN license with Florida licensure obtained within 90 days of hire), possess a Nursing Diploma or ASN (BSN preferred), and maintain current BLS certification. Recent acute care nursing experience is required. Candidates with recent LTAC-only experience will not be considered.

Compensation & Incentives:

• Pay Range: $30.00–$42.00/hour (based on experience)\
• Night Differential: $4.75/hour
• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Assistance Available (case-by-case basis)
