divh2Lead Forklift Operator/h2pResponsibilities:/pp Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LTOs/pp Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner/pp In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed/pp Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed/pp Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work/pp Assist LTOs with daily issues/pp Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed/pp Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed./pp Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate./pp Other duties as assigned./ppShift: Sun-Wed 7PM-5:30AM/ppSalary: $22.00 + $2.00 Shift Differential/ppRequirements:/pp High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience./pp Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments./pp Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.)./pp Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies./p/div
