Position Responsibilities
- ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
- Boundary Surveys
- Topographic Surveys
- Construction Layout
- As-Built Surveys
Position Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 10 years of property surveys, including ALTA and section line surveys
- Experience with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
- Ability to organize field notes
- Ability to read construction plans
- Ability to execute field staking
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work on feet and work outside all day in all conditions
Compensation
- Commensurate on experience

- Employer paid basic life insurance coverage for eligible full time employees
- Seven paid holidays after 90-day probationary period; including 3 hours paid time the afternoon before a holiday
- Paid personal leave hours after 90-day probationary period
- SIMPLE Retirement Plan for eligible full time employees after 90-day probationary period, company match up to 3%
- On-the-job training will be provided in order to familiarize the ideal candidate with our workplace practices and the way we conduct surveys.
