Change Readiness Director

Change Readiness Director – Innovative Medicine R&D Responsibilities Drive organizational change and lead strategy, development, and implementation of R&D-wide improvement programs and transformations. Develop and implement change readiness strategies aligned to organizational/program objectives. Create and execute communications frameworks and plans to ensure clarity and accessibility. Identify and engage key stakeholders to gain buy-in across the R&D organization. Establish and use metrics/dashboards to measure change effectiveness and impact. Identify change impacts from R&D strategic imperatives and translate insights into engagement strategies. Role-model and embed Courage & Care cultural and behavior shifts in a matrix organization. Qualifications / Required Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred). 10+ years’ experience in change management, organizational development, or communications (operating model, culture, and technology transformations). Experience leading teams and external partners. Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication/presentation/interpersonal skills; ability to influence at all levels. Strong knowledge of change management frameworks/methodologies. Preferred Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).
