About the Role We are seeking a Broker Relations Liaison to maintain and develop our broker network and sales channels in the northern Greater Tampa Bay area. In this role you will network, outreach, and quarterback the placement of our strategic broker partnerships to existing clinics and kickstart strategy implementations at new locations in the territory. You will shape brand awareness strategy, drive metrics and leading indicators of excellence, and maximize our community presence with Tampa General Hospital. Compensation Base salary range: $62,000–$73,000 with generous bonus and commission. Salary will be based on relevant, transferable experience and achievements. Working Hours Non‑traditional hours required; evenings and weekends are common. Location Hybrid. Must be located in Pasco or Hernando County and willing to commute across our clinics in that area. Key Responsibilities Broker Relationship Management: Work alongside broker partners to establish and maintain relationships. Broker Education & Training: Conduct educational sessions, workshops, and webinars to inform brokers of organizational updates. Support Broker Sales & Referral Activity: Collaborate with brokers on initiatives to increase patient referrals and expand market presence. Community Outreach & Event Coordination: Plan and execute broker‑focused events, such as appreciation luncheons and joint outreach activities. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all broker interactions comply with Medicare regulations and company policy. Increase Brand Recognition: Work closely with broker and payor partners to maximize brand reach. Activity Tracking and Follow‑through: Document broker interactions, referral activity, and event outcomes in HubSpot and follow through on commitments. Accountabilities Broker Referral Volume: Responsible for broker‑sourced patient referrals in your region. Broker Engagement & Relationship Depth: Maintain an active book of broker and FMO relationships and cultivate depth through outreach. Data Quality: Maintain accurate records of broker activity to inform strategic decisions. Strategic Feedback: Surface field observations to inform campaign strategy, materials, and territory planning. About You Experience in field sales and network marketing, maintaining and maximizing strategic partnerships. Bachelor’s degree not required but highly recommended. Strategic thinker who solves complex problems, makes trade‑offs, and provides actionable feedback. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and strong EQ with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment with high energy and drive. Proficiency with technology tools (Google Suite, Zoom, HubSpot or other CRM tools).
