Si Ricerca Nr. 1 Persona Per Il Ruolo Di Customer care Manager Luogo del lavoro: 29014 - Castell´Arquato - PC – Italia Termine di presentazione delle domande: 30/11/2021 Orario: Full-time In aggiunta alle tipiche mansioni del customer care, la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti funzioni: Prestare assistenza agli agenti commerciali per l´inserimento di offerte e per le diverse necessità di natura commerciale; Aggiornare i listini; Richiedere preventivi per i trasporti, compresa la gestione delle procedure di nolo marittimo, e il loro sistematico aggiornamento. Controllo, approvazione e gestione delle proposte d´ordine in condivisione con l´amministrazione e la produzione, interfacciandosi con i commerciali e gli spedizionieri, fornendo indicazioni e supervisionando i processi fino al loro completamento; Raccolta di dati statistici relativi alle vendite, provvigioni ed agli andamenti dei costi di approvvigionamento delle materie prime, ovvero dei costi per l´energia e trasporti. Assistenza post vendita; Assistenza alla direzione. Sono Considerati Requisiti Essenziali Diploma o Laurea; Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo, oppure in alternativa una spiccata intraprendenza, motivazione e facilità di apprendimento nel gruppo aziendale; Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese sia scritta che parlata, anche a livello tecnico commerciale. Altre lingue quali tedesco o spagnolo sono gradite; Ottime doti gestionali e capacità organizzative; Familiarità spiccata nell´uso di sistemi informatici, internet, principali app, ed una nozione di base nei processi informatici aziendali.
