Care Manager

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a Caregiver to support residents in our Assisted Living & Memory Care communities. This role focuses on hands‑on care, personal support, and maintaining a safe, comfortable environment. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and work areas. Help residents maintain independence, promoting dignity and safety. Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, ambulation, transferring, eating) as instructed. Engage residents in life skills and enrichment activities. Qualifications Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred. High school diploma or GED. Minimum age 18. Previous experience working with seniors preferred. Effective communication with residents, management, and co‑workers. Superior customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities.
