Regional Operations Manager - Explosives

Title: Regional Operations Manager - Explosives Manufacturing Location: Washington (travel across PNW) Responsibilities: Oversee safety, security, regulatory compliance, audits, and risk management Lead, coach, and develop employees, including setting KPIs, managing performance, hiring, and succession planning Ensure legal, ethical, and company standards are consistently followed across locations and job sites Manage inventory, equipment, assets, budgets, personnel utilization, and operating costs Coordinate site openings, closures, setups, and asset deployment Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and communicate findings Manage vendors, negotiate requirements, monitor expenses, and support the development and enforcement of SOPs Maintain strong knowledge of product handling, storage, transportation, and related safety requirements Requirements : Must have multi-site manufacturing leaderships experience Must have ATF, regulatory compliance, and audit experience Strong operational, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills Proven experience hiring employees and managing performance and accountability #J-18808-Ljbffr Irving Knight Group
