About Floor Coverings International:

This is a hunter's role — and the payoff matches the effort. You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for foot traffic. You'll be out building your territory: running appointments from our Mobile Flooring Showroom, developing relationships with trade partners and remodelers, and generating your own pipeline through networking in the community.

Floor Coverings International of South Cleveland is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to run in-home appointments using our Mobile Flooring Showroom — we roll the entire showroom right up to the customer's driveway. You show up, build the relationship, walk them through their options, and close the deal on the spot.

You'll get company-generated leads to work, but the top earners here don't stop there — they build a network. Trade partners, remodelers, past customers, local business connections — reps who invest in those relationships build a referral pipeline that compounds their income year over year. What You'll Be Doing:

• Meeting clients where they live — literally. Visit homeowners in person to walk through their flooring and design projects.
• Selling with the best tools in the business. Our tablet-based sales system and mobile showroom do the heavy lifting so you can focus on the conversation, not the paperwork.
• Owning the full client relationship — from first consultation to referral requests, you build the kind of trust that keeps customers (and their neighbors) coming back.
• Building your own pipeline. While we hand you a mobile showroom and a strong local reputation, top performers here don't just wait on leads — they network with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to self-generate new business and referral partnerships.
