Tier 2 IT & Simulation Support Specialist

Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL is seeking a Technical & Simulation Support Specialist - Tier 1/2 to provide intermediate IT support for classroom, lab, and SimCare operations across campus sites. This role handles daily equipment inspections, image building, help-desk assistance, and coordination with Student Workers, while ensuring security and compliance of lab environments.
