Job Description

The Front Desk / Concierge is responsible for providing professional, courteous, and attentive service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors of the condominium community. This position serves as the first point of contact at the property and is responsible for maintaining a welcoming, secure, and professional front desk environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Greet and assist residents, guests, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and provide general information as needed. Monitor and control access to the building in accordance with condominium policies and procedures. Verify and document visitors, guests, contractors, and vendors entering the property. Contact residents to confirm visitors and deliveries when required. Maintain accurate visitor and access logs. Issue and track visitor passes, access cards, keys, or other authorized building access devices. Monitor the front entrance, lobby, and surrounding areas for unusual or unauthorized activity. Respond professionally to resident questions, requests, and concerns and direct them to the appropriate management personnel. Receive and distribute packages, deliveries, and other items in accordance with building procedures. Maintain communication with security, maintenance, management, and other onsite personnel. Assist with resident move-ins, move-outs, deliveries, and contractor access as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area. Monitor building radios, phones, intercoms, and other communication systems. Maintain daily activity reports, incident reports, visitor logs, and other required records. Report maintenance issues, security concerns, emergencies, and other incidents to management immediately. Assist with emergency procedures and follow established building protocols. Provide information regarding building amenities, hours of operation, rules, and community procedures. Assist with reservations or access to amenities when applicable. Maintain confidentiality regarding residents, guests, building operations, and other sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or management team. Part-Time Sat and Sun 11pm-7am Pay Rate: $17 Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS POSITION IF YOU LIVE MORE THAN 30 MINUTES FROM THE BRICKELL AREA.
