Travel ER RN Start: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mids, 11a - 11p $75/hr rate approved AUTO OFFERS ONLY - NO INTERVIEWS 1+ years of experience required ACLS, PALS, BLS, NIHSS, SAMA or equivalent required TNCC and ENPC preferred The Registered Nurse holds shift accountability for providing care to Emergency Room patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures. The registered nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgement and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care of the patient in the Emergency Department; maintains clinical competencies through continuing education; delegates patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available; provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care General Comments 48hr weekly guarantees CANNOT be approved Blocked scheduling may be requested EMR = Cerner Beds in unit: 24 Patient ratio: 1:4, 1:1-2 (trauma) Scrub color: Royal Blue Scope of role: Rapidly assessing patients' condition and assigning Emergency Severity Index, providing immediate life saving interventions, stabilizing critical patients, administering necessary medications, and coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure timely and appropriate care
