RN - Oncology

Night shifts: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with rotating weekends and holidays. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Hematology/Oncology RN. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology, with a willingness to float to various pediatric units including Adolescent and PICU Stepdown as needed. Responsibilities Administer and monitor chemotherapy treatments. Perform phlebotomy for a variety of patient needs, including A-lines, Central lines, and PICCs. Provide care management for all types of childhood cancers, as well as sickle cell patients. Attend to wound care and symptom management. Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active NJ or Compact RN license. APHON, BLS, and PALS certifications are required at the time of submission. Experience with EPIC charting system and Pediatric Early Warning Score (PEWS). Previous charge experience is preferred.
