Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) As a global leader in clinical diagnostics, Beckman Coulter Diagnostics has challenged convention to elevate the diagnostic laboratory’s role in improving patient health for more than 90 years. Our diagnostic solutions are used in routine and complex clinical testing in hospitals, reference and research laboratories, and physician offices around the world. Every hour, more than one million tests are run on Beckman Coulter Diagnostics systems, impacting 1.2 billion patients and more than three million clinicians per year. In the Product Sales Executive role, you will drive growth, expand market share, and support Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ position within the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to execute sales strategies across a variety of clinical settings. You will partner with internal teams to support customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and contribute to territory growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager and requires residency in the Michigan & Indiana area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Analyze laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach settings to identify opportunities and support development of targeted sales strategies. Leverage market and competitive insights to support account planning and identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Engage customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical needs, delivering clear and effective product presentations. Build foundational knowledge of Heme/UA technologies and utilize sales tools (SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory planning and performance tracking. Partner cross‑functionally to execute territory plans, support pipeline management, and contribute to achieving revenue goals. The essential requirements of the job include: Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of sales experience, or master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience. Foundational understanding of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), preferably within healthcare or diagnostics. Ability to assess customer needs and support positioning of solutions aligned to operational and clinical priorities. Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively engage diverse customer stakeholders. Proficiency or ability to learn sales and analytics tools (SFDC, PowerBI) to support territory execution and tracking. Travel: 50%‑75% of the time. Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. It would be a plus to have previous experience working knowledge of laboratory workflows and operational needs across hematology and urinalysis environments. Remote work arrangement is eligible for certain circumstances; additional information will be provided during the interview process. Salary range for this role is $100,000-$120,000. This role is also eligible for Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC). The total target compensation at plan (base + SIC) is $170,000-$190,000 annually. Actual SIC earnings may exceed or fall below the target based on individual sales performance.
