As a real estate agent, you will: Build relationships with buyers and sellers in your local community Plan and attend open houses, set up showing appointments with potential home buyers Schedule inspections and appraisals, put together contracts Research your housing market and network to grow your business Become more involved in your community No experience required — we will train you. Be 18 years or older Willing to obtain a North Carolina real estate license (we’ll show you how) Willing to complete real estate agent training — provided by us That’s it.
