Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with CPAs, business owners, real estate investors, and other professional contacts.
- Build trusted advisor relationships that generate repeat business and long-term referrals.
- Meet directly with business owners, CFOs, and executive leadership teams to identify opportunities and present solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through closing.
- Convert warm leads while also generating new opportunities through networking, industry events, and conferences.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal technical and leadership teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- 3+ years of outside sales, business development, or consultative B2B sales experience.
- Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, and close new business.
- Experience selling to business owners, executives, or C-level decision-makers preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- CPA background or experience within tax, accounting, financial services, or professional services industries is highly desirable.
