VP, Capital Structure Advisory - Investment Banking

A leading investment banking firm is seeking an experienced Vice President for their Capital Structure Advisory team in New York City. The candidate will lead complex financial analysis and mentoring of junior team members, drive client presentations, and manage client relationships. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills along with significant experience in Investment Banking. A relevant undergraduate degree is required; an MBA is a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
