Job Summary:

As a Maintenance Supervisor at HH Red Stone, you will be responsible for a wide range of property maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, preventative maintenance, and more, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plumbing: Repairing, replacing, or installing faucets, pipes, hot water tanks, toilets, and garbage disposals.
• Electrical: Repairing, replacing, or installing power switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, and ceiling fans.
• Drywall Repair: Filling holes caused by nails or minor dings during apartment turnovers.
• Painting: Performing touch-ups and applying new coats of paint to unit walls.
• Appliance Repair: Repairing or replacing household appliances (e.g., stoves, refrigerators, washers).
• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and smoke detectors.
• Health and Safety Maintenance: Ensuring the safety of residents through necessary health and safety maintenance tasks.
• Lock Installation: Installing locks to enhance security.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, painting, and appliance repair.
