Growing together.This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 7:00 am - 4:00 pm PST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.We offer weeks of paid training. The hours during training will be 7:00 am - 4:00 pm.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for medical billing and collectingResponsible for timely billing of medical claims and ensures appropriate reimbursementProviding timely follow up of claims billed to insurance companies under the medical benefitEducating internal partners on billing requirements to close gap on DSOAbility to demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, self-audit for data accuracy, maintain data integrity, and delivering accurate reports/dashboards on-timeResearching and resolving problems before, during and after calls within a high volume, demanding environmentYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experienceMust be 18 years of age OR olderProficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applicationsAbility to multi-task and to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each productAbility to work full-time, Monday - Friday.
