Job Overview As a Seasonal Talent Acquisition Interviewer, you will play a key role in powering holiday hiring success by conducting structured interviews for hourly positions in a fast-paced, centralized environment. You will connect with candidates, evaluate qualifications, and help identify top talent while delivering an interview experience that is welcoming, consistent, and rooted in genuine hospitality. Working closely with Talent Acquisition leaders and team members, you will help move hiring forward with speed, care, and professionalism in our supply chain facilities. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week, while part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12-24 hours per week. All schedules contain weekend shifts as part of the requirements. Hours are dependent on business needs and colleague availability. How You’ll Make an Impact Lead structured interviews for hourly seasonal candidates with energy, professionalism, and care. Identify strong talent by evaluating candidate skills, experience, and alignment to role expectations. Capture interview outcomes accurately and deliver clear, objective hiring recommendations. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition team, hiring leaders, and team members to keep hiring quickly and effectively. Create a smooth, welcoming candidate journey that leaves every applicant with a positive impression of our brand. Skills That Matter Must Have Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with candidates and team members in a clear, polished, and professional way. A passion for creating a positive candidate experience through respectful interactions and genuine hospitality. Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess qualifications thoughtfully, and make objective hiring recommendations. Strong organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple interviews and follow-up tasks in a fast-paced setting. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records while following hiring guidelines and processes. Comfort using Applicant Tracking Systems, interview platforms, dual monitors, and other workplace technology tools. Adaptability, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with sound judgment and discretion. Available to work flexible schedules to support hiring efforts for each operational shift. Nice to Have Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, customer service, or high-volume hiring support. Experience working in a warehouse, or high-volume call-center-style environment. Familiarity with seasonal or hourly hiring in supply chain, retail or another fast-paced service environment. Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform This role involves performing essential job functions such as communication, collaboration, and use of office and computer systems. Responsibilities include the ability to access and review written and electronic information, and to move within the work environment and interact with workplace materials as needed to carry out job responsibilities.
