Job Description Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing. Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty. Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience. Perform lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs. Leverage product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits and heightened scrutiny to avoid loss. Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately. Pay Transparency Base Salary: $49,500.00 – $82,500.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible, with payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
