K-5 Grades 9 - 12 Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Cambridge, Massachusetts

This contract opportunity involves providing crucial one-on-one support to students in elementary, middle, and high school settings. What you'll bring:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Experience working in school environments preferred
• Ability to build productive relationships with students in K-12 grades
• Familiarity with the unique needs of elementary, middle, and high school students
• Skilled in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality
• Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic school settings

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing dedicated 1:1 behavioral support to assigned students
• Implementing behavior plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Collecting accurate data and reporting observations
• Assisting in classroom activities and transitions
• Communicating effectively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Fostering a positive, inclusive environment that promotes student well-being
• Responding proactively to behavioral concerns and supporting de-escalation when needed
• Maintaining required certifications and ongoing professional development
