As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a medium-sized team environment. Your responsibilities will range from preparing high-quality beverages to maintaining cleanliness and inventory. Regular weekend shifts and frequent customer engagement are integral to this role, where you will help create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring health and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all kinds of drinks including coffee, mocktails, refreshers.
• Help in creating monthly drink specials.
• Support food preparation tasks when needed, including basic food handling and beverage service to enhance guest experience.
• Provide excellent customer service with frequent interaction.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Manage inventory and replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine cleaning duties.
• Take and process customer orders efficiently.
• Ensure quality control of food and beverages.
• Adhere to health and safety compliance standards.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in food and beverage service.
• Barista experience: 1 year (Required)
• Strong customer service skills with an outgoing personality and positive attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Good time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously without compromising quality or service.
