Licensed School-Based Therapist for Youth & Families

Children's Health Council

Children’s Health Council in Palo Alto, CA seeks a licensed mental health professional to serve as primary therapist and clinical case manager for students and families. The role includes leading weekly group therapy, coordinating treatment plans with the school clinical manager, and preparing comprehensive intake evaluations and progress reports. You will develop and monitor therapeutic IEP goals, collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, and participate in parent workshops while upholding #J-18808-Ljbffr Children's Health Council
