Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor

Baxter seeks a Supply Chain Logistics Supervisor to manage third-party logistics operations onsite in Tampa, Florida. The role oversees inventory accuracy, service level compliance, process optimization, and acts as the primary liaison between Baxter and warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily onsite warehouse operations and 3PL management processes
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with planning, order management, and transportation teams
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify service improvement opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, or related field
- 5-7 years of supply chain or logistics experience
- Strong data analysis and business acumen across inventory and KPIs
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Project management and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Compensation: $72,000-$91,000 base annually
