Promise Resource Network Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst Charlotte, NC·Full time The Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst serves as a primary leader supporting organizational quality assurance, quality improvement, compliance monitoring, and data-informed decision making. This position is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple systems to identify trends, measure performance, ensure data integrity, and support operational excellence across the organization. The QA Analyst develops reports, dashboards, performance metrics, and quality monitoring tools that enable leadership to make informed decisions, monitor outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement. In partnership with stakeholders across the organization, the QA Analyst supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality assurance and quality improvement processes that align with PRN's mission, recovery values, and commitment to excellence in service delivery. The QA Analyst assists in ensuring timely, accurate, and meaningful reporting for agency leadership, funders, and other key stakeholders. Through data analysis, performance measurement, and quality monitoring activities, this position helps promote effective systems, continuous improvement, and high-quality services that support individuals in achieving success in their recovery journey. The role contributes to organizational Quality Improvement efforts and Quality Management initiatives by providing actionable insights that strengthen program performance and service outcomes. Promise Resource Network is a nonprofit survivor-led organization that disrupts illness-based approaches to mental health and substance use by understanding the impacts of trauma and supporting healing, wellness, and recovery. Description General Responsibilities Data Analysis & Reporting Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret data from multiple organizational systems to support quality assurance, quality improvement, program evaluation, and organizational decision-making. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, outcome measures, and performance monitoring tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), quality measures, contract deliverables, and organizational outcomes. Identify trends, patterns, service gaps, risk areas, strengths, and opportunities for improvement through data analysis. Translate complex data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations for leadership. Prepare and submit timely and accurate reports to leadership, funders, grantors, agency partners, and other stakeholders as required. Support the development of outcome measurement tools and reporting processes that demonstrate program effectiveness, recovery outcomes, and service impact. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Assist in the development, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of quality assurance and quality improvement processes that align with PRN's mission, recovery values, contractual requirements, and organizational goals. Conduct data validation reviews, record audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance monitoring activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Analyze and report findings from audits, reviews, incident reports, and compliance monitoring activities, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions when appropriate. Support organizational Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) activities through performance measurement, outcome tracking, and process evaluation. Assist with the development and maintenance of quality standards, reporting procedures, monitoring tools, and data governance practices. Support agency preparedness for internal audits, external reviews, funder monitoring activities, and accreditation requirements. Monitor incident reporting trends and assist programs in identifying opportunities to reduce risk and improve service delivery. Data, Records & Systems Management Support the management and optimization of organizational data and reporting systems to ensure data integrity, security, accessibility, and effective reporting. Assist with the development and implementation of data collection standards, validation procedures, and reporting protocols. Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, quality standards, and data management procedures. Support internal record review processes to ensure documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and compliant with agency, funding, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with program leadership to improve data collection, record management, reporting processes and overall system effectiveness. Assist in the development, maintenance, and revision of forms, tracking tools, and documentation requirements necessary to support program operations and funding requirements. Organizational Collaboration & Support Establish and maintain positive working relationships across departments to promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous quality improvement. Partner with leadership and operational teams to identify reporting needs, assess performance, and support strategic initiatives. Provide analytical and project support for agency-wide initiatives related to quality improvement, reporting, compliance, and operational effectiveness. Present findings, recommendations, and performance data to leadership and key stakeholders. Promote a culture of data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement throughout the organization. Support efforts to ensure services are delivered in a manner that are respectful, recovery-oriented, person-centred, and consistent with PRN's mission and values. Qualifications and Experience Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem solving skills. Advanced data validation and quality control experience. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex information to diverse audiences. Strong working knowledge of: Data visualization principles Data modeling concepts Report automation Validation testing Exception and discrepancy analysis Performance measurement methodologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. High degree of professionalism and confidentiality. Minimum Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree required.
