LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Loan Credit Quality Analyst at our top tier banking client in Charlotte, NC. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our Global Market Loan Operations team in the administration and servicing of large corporate credits held by the Global Credit (GC) Loan Trading Desk. This role is responsible for supporting secondary loan trade settlements, loan servicing activities, client inquiries, and operational processes for corporate investor clients.

Position Summary:

The contractor will serve as a key point of contact for trade settlement and servicing requests, partnering with internal business groups, administrative agents, and external clients to ensure timely and accurate execution. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong focus on operational risk and client service.

Key Responsibilities

Support settlement and servicing activities for secondary loan trades.

Manage end-to-end processing across multiple operational platforms.

Investigate and resolve loan servicing and trade settlement exceptions.

Review credit documentation to support accurate transaction processing.

Partner with internal teams, administrative agents, and clients to resolve issues and inquiries.

Support process improvement initiatives and operational controls.

Escalate risks, issues, and control concerns as appropriate.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in loan operations, trade settlement, syndicated loans, or financial services operations preferred.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational risk management.

Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay Details: $30.22 per hour
