Credit Quality Analyst
Our client, a banking company, is looking for a Credit Quality Analyst for their Charlotte, NC/Hybrid location.
Responsibilities:
- Support settlement and servicing activities for secondary loan trades.
- Manage end-to-end processing across multiple operational platforms.
- Investigate and resolve loan servicing and trade settlement exceptions.
- Review credit documentation to support accurate transaction processing.
- Partner with internal teams, administrative agents, and clients to resolve issues and inquiries.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational controls.
- Escalate risks, issues, and control concerns as appropriate
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in loan operations, trade settlement, syndicated loans, or financial services operations preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational risk management.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
