You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job Description:At Regions, the Credit Products Process Performance Analyst supports and influencesCredit Products end-to-end processes and procedures, identifies key performance indicators, monitors and reports on process and interdepartmental service level agreements, and implements business-wide improvement initiatives for the Credit Products Group and the broader Corporate Banking Group.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements end-to-end tracking, monitoring, and reporting in Credit ProductsIdentifies, suggests, and implements best practices utilizing core commercial systems within the bankLeads complex, multi-faceted workstreams and/or projects that may span multiple organizational areas and levelsIdentifies complex problems and their root causes and takes a broad perspective to uncover innovative solutions - effectively leveraging internal and external resources when neededIdentifies and addresses inefficiencies in the credit process and works with stakeholders to improve compliance and performanceSummarizes information independently where existing templates or methodologies do not existReviews Credit Products procedures regularly to ensure conformity across lines of business and identifies potential improvementsWorks with management in Credit Products to identify gaps in performance and compliance reportingDelivers tangible and implementable solutions regularlyServes as a subject matter expert, and may provide guidance to lesser experienced analystsThis position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards act and is not eligible for overtime pay. This position is incentive eligible.RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related fieldSeven (7) years of process improvement and/or project management experience or other closely related business unit experienceDemonstrated success participating in process improvement projectsKnowledge of the Credit Products processes and commercial banking industryPreferencesPrevious experience in Financial Services, preferably supporting Commercial or Corporate Banking business groupsSix Sigma-Master Black Belt certificationExperience writing data queries and performing data analysisSkills and CompetenciesAbility to evaluate change management impact and riskAbility to manage multiple tasks and projectsEffective analytical and critical thinking skillsStrong communication and organizational skillsStrong solution documentation and presentation skillsPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.Job Range Target:Minimum:$119,464.95 USDMedian:$151,720.00 USDIncentive Pay Plans:This role is eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive plan.
