Business Development Lead/Marketer - Home Care

Home Instead is committed to fostering a supportive environment for both clients and employees. Role Description This is a full-time in-person position based in the north suburbs. The responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential referral sources, and promoting the organization's services to the local community. The role requires client and referral source engagement, developing marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to drive growth. The Business Development Lead will also participate in community events and maintain a strong understanding of the in-home care industry trends. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities Align with the company's core values of compassion, resourcefulness, responsibility, urgency and commitment Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and referral sources Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems to track networking activities Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel) and other technologies including social media Proven organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines, work independently and maintain confidentiality Flexibility to attend evening or weekend events as needed for community events Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Experience in a senior care or in-home care setting is a plus Salary and Benefits $75,000 - $80,000 per year with an incentive based on growth 401k Flexible PTO Company car to be used for driving during the work day #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Instead Senior Care
