Our agency is designed to meet the diverse needs of todays families by effectively integrating behavioral health and primary care services to improve clinical outcomes, access to health care, and overall quality of life for all clients and their families.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our behavioral health team. This role provides individual, family, and/or group therapy while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to support holistic client outcomes.

Candidates must reside in or near Cartersville, GA and be able to commute to the Cartersville office or designated meeting place for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral health assessments and develop treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy services
Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation
Collaborate with case managers, assessors, and psychiatric providers
Participate in treatment team meetings and integrated care planning

Qualifications
Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field
Active Georgia licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Experience providing therapy services in a clinical or community behavioral health setting preferred
