Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid and current SLP license in the state of Florida
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to students’ unique needs and educational goals

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide progress updates, maintain thorough and compliant documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans
• Offer consultative support and training to school staff
