Whether you want to lead more, innovate more, learn more or create more, you can find your more with Mohawk. 2nd shift - 12:00 pm - 8:30 pm Monday - Friday Responsibilities Perform various functions in support of warehouse operation, including shipping, loading, and delivery of flooring products. Position requires multiple skills and extensive knowledge of warehouse functions and operation. Must be able to efficiently perform all of the following functions: Forklift certified and able to operate all types of lift truck equipment in the assigned facility. Operate all banding and wrapping machines within the assigned facility. Operate Glad Hand Locks to lock trailers. Operate vinyl and carpet cut tables in the assigned facility. Perform cycle counts and other inventory control functions. Operate AS400 Plan Loader to receive trucks, open and close truck doors. Develop routes for local truck driver deliveries when the routing system is down. Handle and coordinate floor sample materials assigned to the facility. Qualifications At least 6 months experience in a warehouse facility Operate forklift equipment and pass the Mohawk lift truck certification test. Ability to operate banding and wrapping machines in the assigned facility. Experience with cut tables helpful. Working knowledge of AS400 system, or willingness to learn system operation. Dependable, with a good attendance record. Expected base pay rate for this role will be between 25.33 and 26.33 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other company sponsored benefit programs.
